Places to park - Grand Avenue is mostly one hour metered parking, so bring quarters. There is also a parking lot behind the Grand Lake Theater that has two and five hour meters and can be accessed from Grand Avenue. Alternatives to metered parking are on Elwoods and Mandana. There are some steep hills but the parking is free all day, with the exception of street sweeping the second Wed. & Thu. of each month from 9 am to 12 pm.
